Help build something that’s never been built before
We’re an innovative company with an ambitious goal - to bring big data to a very traditional industry - insurance. With teams in London and Delhi, we’re passionate about powering the future of insurance.
We’re data scientists, innovators, entrepreneurs, designers, developers, and insurance specialists. We’re also guitarists, rally drivers, athletes, art collectors and investors. We’re an astonishingly diverse bunch with shared values and this suits the way we work.
Always add value
We listen to our customers and stakeholders to understand their business inside and out, and develop products or solutions that solve their problems.
We set clear expectations and communicate directly and respectfully with each other, even if it’s a difficult conversation. Trust and mutual respect is demonstrated by taking the time to understand one another and our roles.
Take a risk or two
We’re doing something that’s never been done before and that means it won’t always be perfect. Together we celebrate and learn from our mistakes.
Open. Positive. United. Daring.
These principles guide the Concirrus way of life. We believe in teamwork measured by deeds rather than seniority, and a culture that is open and inclusive.
QA Tester, Marine (London)
What does a typical day look like? Geared up with all my testing tools, carefully planning my every step, I embark on a bug hunting quest (pardon the pun)! Supporting the Product team and Developers in their everyday tasks to deliver the best user experience possible.

Fun fact: I love my box of puzzles, the more pieces the better!
Exploratory Data AnalysT, MARINE (London)
What does a typical day look like? Working as the Exploratory Data Analyst I get to analyse all the potential new data coming into the business, so it’s hard to say what a typical day is like as the data and requirements are constantly changing. That's the fun of it though!
What do you like most about your job? Being able to work and learn at the same time is what makes this job brilliant. Working closely with talented Data Scientist and Engineers allows me to learn something new every day.
What did you do before Concirrus? Before Concirrus I worked within an actuarial reserving team as a data analyst. This role allowed me to work closely with Actuaries which helped me gain a great understanding of the insurance industry and Lloyd’s.

Customer Engagement Manager (LONDON)
What does a typical day look like? My day revolves mostly around our customers: planning projects, making sure they progress and communicating back to the customers. This means a lot of emails, phone calls and walking around the office to talk to the Concirrus teams. Operations is in the heart of the action!

Marine Senior Product Manager, Cargo (London)
What does a typical day look like? We, as a company, are moving so quickly that each day brings different challenges. I am in charge of designing and developing our new Cargo project, which is a full-time job by itself. I also help the team with our existing products: looking for ways to improve them, making sure we include our clients’ feedback, etc.
What do you like most about your job? That you need to be on your toes all the time. What we are developing is quite edgy, and we need to make sure we deliver products that will stand the technical specifics of the insurance industry, but that are also easy to use, that answer questions that were never answered before. It sounds nerdy, but I love this about my job.
What did you do before Concirrus? I have worked in insurance for almost 20 years. My last job before Concirrus was Head of Marine for the UK for Zurich.
Fun fact: I love reading and write short stories as well. I am not a very patient person, so short stories is what I do best. You have to express in just a few words a full idea, which is not easy to do.
